Our mission
Connecting local sellers and global manufacturers on GeM and CPPP securely—so you can focus on growing your business.
Built for every side of the desk
Every workflow below is mapped to a clause — GFR 2017, GeM GTC, the DPDP Act — and recorded, so the answer to “how would I know?” is never “trust us”.
Secure OEM panel management, fast brand approvals, and verifiable dealer authorizations with zero data leaks.
Fast GeM registration, accurate documentation, and end-to-end bidding support to help you win more contracts.
Compliant entry into Indian public procurement. We manage your verified local representation and DPDP compliance.
What we do
Each one is mapped to the instrument it answers to, so you can check the work against the rule rather than against our word.
We handle your seller registration, brand approvals, and vendor assessments so your account stays active and ready for business.
GeM Seller Onboarding
Get instant WhatsApp alerts for matching tenders. We prepare your complete bid documents, including ATC compliance and BOQ specifications.
GFR 2017 · Rule 149
Issue secure, QR-verifiable dealer authorizations for specific bids. We also build and manage your product catalogs on the portal.
GeM GTC v1.29 · cl. 2(n)
If your bid is unfairly rejected, we guide you through government rules (GFR) to file a strong, written representation.
GFR 2017 · Rule 166 · 144(xi)
How it works
Nothing happens off-screen. Each step names what we do and what we need from you — including the step where the answer might be no.
A short call to establish what you make or supply, which GeM categories it maps to, and whether the quadrant permits an OEM authorisation at all.
You provideGSTIN, Udyam number, product list
We securely verify your business details and ensure you meet all government portal guidelines before starting.
You providePAN, incorporation documents, director details
Manufacturers get full control to approve or decline dealer authorizations. Resellers get verified certificates to bid confidently.
You provideNothing. This step is the OEM’s.
Once the administration fee is settled, the authorisation goes live and the certificate is generated with a QR that a government buyer can verify without logging in.
You provideAdministration fee
Bid-matched tender alerts on WhatsApp. For service contracts, the statutory calendar tracks EPF, ESI and wage deadlines against the real dates, not padded ones.

Why Namami B2G
Not four things we say about ourselves. Each one names how you would find out if it were untrue.
One person runs your account and signs off what goes onto the portal. You know who they are, what they are allowed to do, and where the boundary of the engagement sits — before any work begins.
How you'd know: The operator and the scope are named in your engagement letter
A buyer scans the QR and gets a live answer from our register — issuer, partner, bid number, validity. No login, no phone call to us.
How you'd know: /verify — try it on any certificate
Row-level security in the database, on every table. Another channel partner cannot read your authorisations, your tenders or your documents — the database refuses, not the interface.
How you'd know: Competition Act 2002 s.3 control, not a settings toggle
If your category has no OEM panel, if the quadrant does not permit an authorisation, or if a PAC tender is not what you think it is — you hear that before you pay, not after.
How you'd know: Ten pre-checks run before any authorisation is issued
Before we start
The whole list, on the page, so the first call is about your categories instead of about paperwork. If something is missing we will tell you which one and why it matters.
What happens next
We read the pack, map your products to GeM categories, and come back with what is actually possible — the categories you can hold, the ones you cannot, and the access we would need to run them. All of it in writing, before you commit to anything.
(Note: For International OEMs, equivalent foreign company registration documents are accepted).

The founder's view
“Navigating government tenders can be complex. As an experienced MSME business owner, my goal is to simplify GeM compliance, GFR rules and tender processes — so you can focus on growth and manufacturing.”

Straight answers
Including the three we would rather not be asked.
No. Namami B2G is an independent private service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or connected to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), any Ministry, or the Government of India. We are a service you hire; GeM is a platform you register on yourself.
Wherever GeM’s own secondary-user delegation covers the work, that is what we use — you grant it from your account, and you revoke it from your account, at any time, without telling us. Some operations sit outside what a secondary user can do. Where that is the case we set out in writing what access is needed, for which tasks, for how long, and who will use it — and you agree to it before anything happens. You will be told which of the two applies to your engagement before you sign or pay.
No, and you should be wary of anyone in this market who does. Whether a bid is won depends on price, specification and the buyer’s evaluation — none of which we touch. On compliance we track statutory deadlines and tell you what is due; we do not discharge the obligation, and liability for it remains with you. Both limits are written into the customer agreement in the same words.
Every engagement is a written scope at a fixed fee, agreed before work starts. For an OEM authorisation specifically, nothing is payable until the manufacturer has actually appointed you — the fee follows the decision and never precedes it, because a fee taken first reads as having bought the appointment.
Registration itself is usually days, not weeks, once the documents are complete and consistent with each other. What takes longer, and what we cannot compress, is anything sitting with GeM or with an assessment agency — brand approval, OEM panel approval and vendor assessment run on their queue, not ours. We will tell you which part of the wait is ours and which part is not.
A Proprietary Article Certificate under GFR 2017 Rule 166 lets a buyer name one make where they can justify it in writing. Whether that justification holds is a question about the specific certificate. We will read it with you and, where it is disputable, help you prepare a written representation. Where it is not disputable, we will tell you that too.
